How much does it cost per hour?

Prices range from $48 – $52 per hour for non-medical services and $60 – $80 per hour for skilled nursing services.   

Is there a minimum amount of time required for services?

Yes, there is a minimum of 2 hours per visit

How many times a day do you visit?

Our care staff can visit as many times throughout the day as you require.   

What if I need around the clock care?

No problem! If you require 24 hour support, we’ve got you covered.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No! You can cancel your service with us at any time.  We do however require a 24 hours notice.

Do I have to sign anything to have services provided to me?

Yes, you will be required to sign an agreement, which only states that we agree to provide the specified services and the terms of that agreement and you agree to utilize our services for the specific amount of hours per week.

Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not! You can request a quote and that will be the price you will pay per hour plus applicable taxes and $.55 per kilometer.

How much can I expect to be paying in mileage per visit?

We always do our very best to provide you with one of our care staff that are closest to you to keep these costs down. You can expect a mileage fee between $2.75. – $5.50 per visit.

What if I don’t know what services I’ll need?

No problem at all! During the intake process and a comprehensive in-home assessment, we will have a clear understanding of your needs.

How soon can I have services started?

Single service packages can be started as early as the next day and a more comprehensive service package can be started within the next day or two after the in-home comprehensive assessment.
